Visit by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation. During his visit Eng Abdullah Al Sharid presented the submitted design proposals for the new Awqaf & Minor Affair Foundation headquarter building in Dubai. EAS’s design proposal awarded the first class award.
The visit of His Excellency Eng Abdurahman Al Sharid & Eng Abdullah Al Shihi along with AMAF’s team to the project site during different stages to follow up the work progress.
Visit of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Essa bin Salman Al Khalifa
Visit of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Essa bin Salman Al Khalifa (owner), His Highness Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi & His Highness Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi to check the progress of site works for Sheikh Essa Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
Al Khaleej newspaper highlighting the project as one of the first high rise buildings on Sheikh Zayed road. The tower consists of G+M+30 residential floor+HC in addition to multi story building behind the tower. The project cost is Dh70 million and the construction completed in 2004.
Presentation of Generals Complex at Grand Hyaat
Presentation of Generals’ Complex project at Grand Hyatt hotel by Eng. Tarek Amer & Dr. Alaa Mandour. The project consists of 8 residential buildings and 8 car parking buildings behind each buildings. The project located in Al Nahda first, Dubai. It was an invited competition accompanied by three international offices. EAS’s design was awarded the first class prize. The presentation was attended by owners, banks’ representative and Beijing Emirates Group as a developer.
