Our concept is based on creating an urban node not only check point but also as an OASIS in in the desert, a place for rest, relaxation and serenity.

The Dubai government granted plots to eleven of its major generals working at Ministry of Interior. EAS was invited as well as three international offices to participate in the competition to provide the project concept design.

The project is an extension to the existing LFIGP School located in Academic City, Dubai. The project is (G+1) academic building with total built up area of 144,578 sq.ft including its facilities and separate bus & car parking area.

The project consists of academic building (G+2) and activity building (G+1) with total built up area of 77,625 sq.ft.

The project is Global Learning Center (G+1) building with total built up area of 45,450 sq.ft.

Designer was inspired by a sea-shell (Murex pecten) achieving an unbroken biologically-based shape, to convey the spirit of the Nature in the shape of the buildings and in the shape of the island itself.

The project designed to transform the existing le Meridian hotel into a 5 stars resort.

The project is furnished hotel apartments located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah and consists of 2 basements parking + ground floor restaurant and retails + 9 floors including health club and infinity swimming pool on the top of the building.

The project is 5 stars resort with 866 keys, swimming pools with water falls, Spa and sea sports facilities.

Residential Tower G+14 floors, one of the first high rise building on Ajman corniche. The building was conceived in two parts, one was for time share hotel and the other was designed for luxury residential units.

The Public Prosecution is B+G+3 floors governmental building located in Riyadh Street, Dubai.

EAS invited to provide master planning and architectural design for residential community located at Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Egypt.

EAS invited to provide master planning and architectural design for residential community located in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, KSA on 695,886.31 sq.m plot area with total built up area of 267,643.00 sq.m.

The project is residential building consist of 2 basements parking + ground + 10 floors with total built-up area of 293,315 sq.ft. The building includes retail at ground level and 197 apartment units in the upper levels.

Mixed use building complex consists of three basement parking, two levels podium (ground floor retail and first floor offices).Residential tower 23 floors and office building 6 floors.The project includes health club, sauna and swimming pool facilities.

Residential Tower G+14 typical floors. The challenge of irregular shaped plot gave rise to this cylindrical formed tower which enhanced the efficiency of design both in terms of its economics and quality of the indoor spaces.
