WHOWE ARE
EMARET AL SHARQ is an independent multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm based in the Middle East providing services for the built environment with more than 35 years of proven experience.
EAS journey commenced in Egypt in 1982; our shift to the United Arab Emirates began in 1989, we established our Ajman office in 1997, and soon after, our Sharjah and Dubai Offices were established in 2004 and 2006 respectively. We have recently, been delivering engineering solutions for mega projects in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain through our partners.
WHATWE DO
With more than 35 years in the market, EMARET AL SHARQ has mastered all the design disciplines including Architecture, Structure, MEP, landscape and Urban Planning. We further perform site supervision work and project management to deliver establishments intact and on time.
Our services also include the "architect of record" role, which we have performed successfully for several projects and attribute their effective completion to our profound experience with regulatory and approval bodies.
We have the skill record for designing projects ranging from High Rise Buildings Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed use, Educational, Health care, Public & Governmental.
HOW WE DO IT
The projects we design combine our client's imagined vision, the results of extensive studies, the knowledge of standing statutory regulations, the plot's advantages and our skill to capitalize on the opportunities hidden within the outward flaws. When engaging with the client, we perceive the desired sense of the imagined project which, through our design capabilities, eventually forms the project's theme, which is always unified and deliberated.
Value engineering, lean processes and doing the rigorous things right from the first time is our day-to-day practice at Emaret Al Sharq. We strive to provide a dynamic, courteous and productive experience for all parties that come in contact with EAS and hope to receive the same in return.
