Presentation of Generals Complex at Grand Hyaat

Presentation of Generals’ Complex project at Grand Hyatt hotel by Eng. Tarek Amer & Dr. Alaa Mandour. The project consists of 8 residential buildings and 8 car parking buildings behind each buildings. The project located in Al Nahda first, Dubai.

It was an invited competition accompanied by three international offices. EAS’s design was awarded the first class prize.

The presentation was attended by owners, banks’ representative and Beijing Emirates Group as a developer.
